I HALF support this. I HATE it when people are like 'I <3 YOU OMG UR CLOZ ARE SO FAB I <3 THEM TTYL XOX L8ER SK8ER' I don't mind things like 'Omg lol rofl brb u ppl plz xD' but when people say things like 'Fab <3 XOX l8er' I wanna punch their face xD It's like, SPEAK INTELLIGENCE PLEASE! I like 'Omg lol rofl brb u ppl plz xD' because EVERYONE knows what they mean, so it's not confusing.
Oh my gosh, I'm such a grammar nazi that people stop being my friend because of it. It's just so annoying when people don't use correct English. Unless they're foreign, that's a totally different situation.
I believe typos and misspellings foreigners tend to make now and then are out of the question here. However, when a native speaker writes in such a unintelligible manner that some hard concentration is required to read their words... well, this is unacceptable. These people might actually think it's all very "cool" (and they have "swag" and whatnot), while all they are doing is deliberately making themselves seem borderline retarded.
Agreed. I especially hate it when someone says 'thx'. I mean, DUDE! WHAT THE FRYING PAN? It's nice when you see people take time on thanking the person, otherwise they just feel offended (if they're picky [like me]). If you're not gonna speak or type in proper English, use another language, but just please do it correctly, for the sake of the readers, darn it. And if someone types correctly, that doesn't mean that they're a nerd, school-lover or any of those kind of thinks.
Okay, rant over . I like the background of the stamp .
This is good:
